Bottom insulation
The water-based sealer is a primer based on synthetic resins in water emulsion, titanium dioxide, mineral pigments, quartz flours and additives with a waterproofing effect. Formulated for subsequent applications of synthetic-based cycles. The water-based sealer has excellent adhesion on all types of old or new mineral substrates based on lime, cement, concrete, natural stone but also on old paint and organic substrates such as old dispersions.

Mineral insulator
Base regulator based on potassium silicate.
The mineral sealer is a primer based on synthetic resins in water emulsion, potassium silicate, titanium dioxide, mineral pigments, quartz flours and additives with a waterproofing effect. Formulated for subsequent applications of potassium silicate-based cycles. The mineral sealer has excellent adhesion on all types of old or new mineral substrates based on lime, cement, concrete, natural stone.

Water-based insulator restores
Siloxane base insulator.
The insulator restores is formulated for the subsequent applications of silicone-based cycles, it does not allow rainwater to penetrate the masonry, dragging along aggressive substances; in addition to the marked water repellency, however, it has a micro-porous structure which allows the humidity, present in the masonry in the form of vapour, to be disposed of outside. The insulator restores has excellent adhesion on all types of old or new mineral substrates based on lime, cement, concrete, natural stone but also on old paint and organic substrates such as old dispersions.

Tiefgrund nitro
Bottom absorption regulator.
Nitro Tiefgrund is a primer absorption regulator, alkali resistant with exceptional depth effect. Consolidates external and internal wall surfaces that are degraded, chalky and/or absorbent. In particular, if
recommends its application on absorbent and crumbling substrates as it forms an exceptional adherent base for
painting after use also on concrete.

White primer
Pigmented base insulator.
Uniprymer is a primer based on acrylic resins in water emulsion, titanium dioxide, mineral pigments, quartz flours and additives. Uniprymer has excellent adhesion on all types of old or new mineral substrates based on lime, cement, gypsum, natural stone but also on old paints and organic substrates such as old dispersions.
Presenting an excellent uniforming characteristic, it increases the anchorage of subsequent applications
of water-based paints, especially on gypsum-based substrates.

Water repellent silicone
Solvent-based water repellent for construction use
Water-repellent silicone is an impregnating solution that waterproofs surfaces leaving them
aesthetic appearance unchanged. It is particularly suitable for the protection of buildings made up of building materials
minerals such as concrete of all kinds, inorganic plasters, fiber cement, calcareous sandstone,
masonry, natural and artificial stone, mineral-based coatings and paints, etc.
